ISMAIL MADI (Founder & CEO)
With over 30 years of experiences in marketing and customer experiences services in 5 countries, Ismail became a mult-cultural , multi- language and quickly adaptive person. With a master degree in Economics from Paris Sorbonne University, he started his carrier as marketing communication executive at BBDO , a leading communication agency globaly and reached the position of Regional director at Dentsu Inc. a leading Japanese marketing and technology company. Ismail is a perfectionist , detailed oriented and always ready to listen.
ALI MADI (Co-Founder & COO)
Ali Madi, is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Surrey in the UK. His career began in the HVAC industry in the United Arab Emirates, where he quickly built a reputation for technical excellence, professionalism, and a strong client-focused mindset. Ali’s perspective is shaped by living in diverse parts of the world — from Montreal to Jeddah, London, and now Dubai — giving him a global outlook and a deep appreciation for quality, cultural understanding, and service standards. With this international background and engineering foundation, Ali co-founded AIM with the vision of delivering reliable, modern, and high-standard services across multiple sectors in the UAE.
